As a Pastor in our community i can not and WILL NOT RECOMMEND these crooks. They way they cheated and riped off my Mother after my father passed away, don't trust them. As a man of GOD I promise you I am not steering you wrong. They take your money then say "we can't find the where you ever paid" I know attorneys are crooks for the most part, but to take my poor mothers money at her most vulnerable moment. There are special places in HELL for people like this, I pray anyways. I hope you enjoyed the extra money you scamed off a poor widow.

After five painful years of working with this attorney, I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of communication, the incompetency in missing things in my credit report/bankruptcy, and the lack of professionalism. Hire anyone else. Joyce is concerned with her mediocre political career and has no concern for the clients she takes on as bankruptcy cases. Horrible experience. If I could give zero stars I would.

I retained Joyce Deitering to take care of some estate planning. The office assistant who answers the phones and greets clients as they enter was friendly and helpful.
Getting an appointment was straightforward and prompt.
They accepted my work's Hyatt Legal plan. This meant no out of pocket cost for me. However, I asked about their normal price for the work I requested and it was very reasonable.
I was very pleased it only took a week to prepare the documents.
Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend.

I would highly recommend this office and the administrators, all staff. I was being sued by a wealthy individual and facing wage garnishments. The staff was very understanding of the my situation and expedited aspects of my situation to make sure this would not happen.

I had follow up questions, they were always answered and the Attorneys were able to accommodate my work schedule for phone calls, that alone is my opinion is absolutely above and beyond.

I contacted Oldham and Deitering about a personal legal matter. Everyone in the office was very friendly/helpful, gave me great advice and helped me win my case! I have already recommended them to a friend of mine going through a divorce. Rob and Joyce worked well together as did their support staff. And because it is a small law firm I felt like I was a priority throughout our encounters.

I got the impression this office would be a problem before I even got there. Showed up 30 minutes early just in case it might be convenient for them, but ended up sitting in the office 20 minutes past my appt time so I left. While I sat there, I watched the receptionist lie to three people stating the attorney was with a client. I know this was false because I could see her at her desk alone. Why lie? Why not just say she was unavailable? I had a vision of myself struggling to get in contact with this attorney and decided it was best to find another. After reading these reviews, I'm glad I did!
