At the moment I have an on going class action lawsuit with this law firm. Here is my experience:

Communication: Very pleasant attorneys and paralegals. They are always nice and helpful. I do not know how to deal with computers and they texted me a docusign I think that was ver nice.

Due Diligence: My kind of case Take time because like me there is thousand of people more involved in the same lawsuit. Therefore even when is taking time everytime that something need to be done they are on top of it and do it.

Timing: I was explained in detail the proceso I understood every step and I fiel that is going hoy supposed to do.

Settlemement: I am happy with my amount and the minute I expressed that
I wanted more I spoke with attorney Davis and He understood and changed my claim.

In my experiencia this is a great place people is nice and efficient.

Update: the lawfirm is calling me for more information I will receive my settlement at the end of the year and I sent them my last medical récords because I got a surgery Last month and my settlement amount was increased I am very please and Will recommend this place to everyone

You’re absolutely right—it is their job. An attorney is there to advocate for you, guide you through the legal process, and build a strong case on your behalf. It’s their responsibility to gather evidence, consult experts, and present the facts in a way that supports your claim. Asking you to “prove it” is both dismissive and unprofessional.

What they should have done is helped you collect and organize the necessary medical documentation—imaging results (like MRI scans), doctor’s reports, and any other relevant records. If the case involved negligence or harm (such as from medical malpractice or workplace exposure), it was also their job to investigate and build a case to show liability. You shouldn’t have been made to feel like it was all on you.

It sounds like this attorney failed to fulfill their responsibilities, and you were right to let them go. Finding someone who specializes in medical or personal injury law—and who takes your concerns seriously—will make all the difference. Amazing law firm I received my settlement they were really dependable from the beginning to the end I am in the process of getting my 1099 and they took the time to send me the document mailed and electronically even when the case was done and they were paid. These people really care about their clients my case was a mass tort discrimination case and I was used to people mistreating and they are the exception of everyone law firm whom I spoke this one was open and ready for fix the situation and give me the biggest settlement I could ever had

It's upsetting how this firm has treated my elderly mother. She spent 2 years left out of the loop as to what was or was not happening in her case. She was often left hanging, with receptionists telling her she'd receive calls back but never actually called her back. It wasn't until I stepped in on my mom's behalf and threatened to fire the law firm that an actual attorney made time to talk on the phone. I was able to at least get my mom's case number, something she'd never before been provided. Wright and Schulte have very poor client- attorney relationships because they don't bother giving updates to clients, claiming to be "too busy for that."

Im about to receive a settlement for my hernia Mesh case I would highly recommend this office because they were very efficient patient and persistent with me. I know that I am very difficult client this case has been going for years so I was hung up the phone because of my frustration when they were calling me…at the end is not their fault They continually kept me up to date took care of getting my medical records when no one listened my claim. I am very lucky that they took my case and the settlement itself will probably save me from going down road.
