He was the nicest attorney we'd spoken with at that point and didn't make us pay to speak with him like most of the others did. He was very responsive and gave us really strong piece of mind - the first breath of relief we'd had since our situation started. We tried to reach out to him on Monday before Christmas (on Wednesday) and he let us know that he couldn't talk which was understandable, but could have given us the answer to our question in the same length of message. That said, we ended up getting in touch with another attorney who had the same case before and it looks like we're in the best hands now, so it was not a loss in the end! When I hired Mr. Marks, I was in the middle of a horrible post-decree battle with my ex over multiple issues; most importantly ones involving our children. Hands down the best. I retained Rick Marks for my divorce and custody battle of my little girl who had just turned 2.
Lets just say i walked away from the divorce very happy with the best possible outcome and most importantly with sole custody of my daughter. I continue to retain Rick Marks everytime my ex wife takes me back to court (at least once a year since my divorce) and will continue to do so.
Best advice i can give is retain him without hesitation, be honest with him when you speak, speak when your spoken too, do what the man says and you will see he is worth every penny.
