If there was a zero star button I’d have put zero stars; this law firm was truly the worst experience when it came to my custody case that they took on.
After giving the main attorney (Melissa Folan) my retainer fee, I had three mediation sessions at the courthouse with the court appointed mediator, and my daughter’s father. My attorney did not contact me before/after the mediation sessions to talk about or advise me about my case.

Fast-forward to trial on July 23 of this year she comes to the courthouse barely able to walk. Stated in the conference room, outside of the courtroom, in front of my mother an my fiancé that she is not prepped or ready for trial, but billed me for trial prep, and then said that what I was asking (everything 50/50 standard down the board) for the judge wouldn’t give me even if we went to trial.

If you are looking for a custody attorney, my recommendation would be to use Charles Budde, in fairlawn, OH

I Highly Recommend Attorney Mike Daily and Rosenberg & Associates for your legal needs!! Mike, Rob, Melissa and Jennifer ALL treated me with respect and were very helpful throughout the duration of my criminal case over the past year. My incident occurred July 2019 and I was indicted in the wrong county October 2019 where I was facing 2 felonies and a misdemeanor. I was not aware of this until January 2020 and that is when I hired Mike Daily and Rosenberg & Associates. Mike worked diligently in Portage County on my behalf and my case was ultimately dismissed due to the incorrect venue. It was picked up by Summit County and I was indicted for the F3. Mike worked to get my charge lowered to a F5 and was able to get me approved for the Intervention In Lieu of Conviction program where after a year of compliance, my charge will be dropped and sealed. Mike Daily has ALWAYS been available to me for all of my many concerns and questions. He is extremely knowledgeable. Also, very understanding and compassionate. This is my first time ever being charged with a felony and I was scared to death. Mike kept me informed and at ease throughout the entire process. He is the hardest working attorney I have ever met. Although the circumstances were not pleasant, it has been a pleasure working with Mike Daily and Rosenberg & Associates. Not completely over yet but Thank You So Much Mike!!!!
