Never go here had a deer hit our car and all they wanted to do is total it they never even offered a reduced settlement for it so we have to fix our own vehicle. And we even have full coverage.

The second call was great response. Was able to get a quote for my my mobile home and auto same day. The rates were cheapest and I purchased both. So my first initial call was to a number where I left a voice mail. Apparently a wrong number because the insurance company doesn't have a answering machine, that is why I didn't receive a call back. A week later I was able to reach a representative. So I withdrawal my first review. Thank you.

I always recommend Dennis and Nelson, but today I would have to say that has changed. Wesley Ann messed up my policy. No big deal accidents happen, but when the accident is trying to cost me an extra $400 it’s very disappointing to see a grown adult not take accountability for her actions. Which caused progressive to believe it was my fault. I’ve always had great interactions with Mandy and owner Jeff. Ultimately they fixed the issue and I will be dealing with progressive directly and no longer be dealing with an agent at this office.

The absolute worst when it comes to filing sr 22s and reinstating a liscense, ive requested them to send the paperwork required by the dmv 5 times ànd they still havnt sent the right paperwork

I have had plenty of insurance agents over the years and I have never had anyone of them to take care of us the way that this office does if you have a problem or a question or looking for different or better coverage they get right on it and we are always treated with the highest priority never anything to big or to small for them
