Mr. Kordalis under performed as our sons attorney on many levels. At the hearing he didn’t argue for CBCF (Community Corrections Center) as previously determined was to be the recommendation to the court (OVI). Unbelievable. Not one mention of it. Our son got sentenced to 2 years with potential option of Judicial Release. Post trial Mr Kordalis assured me he would be in touch.. The 60 days required to serve before our son could file a Judicial Release came & went & Mr. Kordalis never even contacted us. 5K down the drain. We didn’t contact him as we didn’t see any evidence of him giving any concern for what was best for his client in the first trial. Why would we want him to represent us again? We had to hire another attorney to represent us for the Judicial Release. Pathetic!

IN RESPONSE TO REPLY BELOW: As briefly as I can I want to note one of the direst erroneous statements posted by Mr. Kordalis Office. The reality of our son's case was his conviction was: 60 days mandatory & 22 months non mandatory. Therefore, he was eligible for Judicial Release in 60 days, not 6 months (our son discovered this by reading law books provided in jail). After hiring another lawyer, he got Judicial Release on March 3. He is out on probation. There in lays my point.
