Kind person who answered the phone. Not sure if I will commit to doing business with this team, but the lady on the phone gave me an idea of tax prep initial new customer costs, and I appreciate her commitment to helping serve everyone's time properly, her company and mine. I wish Flagel Huber Flagel the best and will keep in mind for future.

I spoke with their representative on the 16th and 17th to get connected with a CPA, but despite my efforts, I never had the opportunity to speak with one. I also never received any follow-up emails, calls, or messages. It seems they’re too busy, and unfortunately, you may end up being completely overlooked.
