Several times I have needed an attorney for a very specific task. I remember calling just about every downtown Cincinnati firm explaining that I need a lease reviewed. I told them I would be happy to pay them but just needed a quick turn around. Every one of them wanted to schedule a consultation to "discuss" things. I really just needed a few questions answered. My wife told me that her very large medical practice management company uses David Layman exclusively. I emailed him and within hours my questions were answered. A few more hours and my next round of questions were answered as well. For a couple of years, I was able to have David help me with several different projects, all remotely. As the years passed certain things required us to meet and David has always been very willing to come to Cincinnati to get the job done. I have never lost with David on my side. We have battled in various counties and he always comes out on top. Just today, he was praised by the Hamilton County Board of Revisions for handling our tax case very professionally and thoroughly. I have been in front of this board a number of times and praise doesn't come easy. David has a calm but persuasive demeanor that just wins people over.

I had an urgent need for a legal representation in zoning matter with the city. Counsel David Layman was recommended to me through another lawyer friend of his, who himself, was honest enough to make the referral.
Sure enough, I called and that first phone conversation lasted barely ten minutes. He collected all the basic info he needed and went to work. He got it right there and then!.
