I was supposed to receive a phone call this past Wednesday at noon for legal advice. I waited about 3 weeks for this scheduled consult and the phone call never came.

Both lawyers at this office came highly recommended by the Dayton Bar Association, so im truly disappointed that the scheduled call never occurred. I guess I should have called you instead?

I remembered confirming the date/time twice when it was scheduled to ensure I was ready to go over everything. Needless to say I'm really just feeling disheartened and disappointed....
