I was in a bad situation with Progressive at the end of the period to settle the claim and needed help. I got great advise to work with and got exactly what Jeffrey Snead recommend in the settlement. Even though Mr. Thorson could not represent me due to conflict of interests he took the time to give me good advise and some answers that I needed. He was very helpful and did not really have to spend the time with me that he did because he could not represent me but he did and for that I'm very grateful.
