My husband and I met with George Lovett to discuss our estate planning. He explained which documents we needed and the reasons behind them. He was thorough in his explanations, answered all of our questions, and gave multiple examples. When I requested a complex change at the signing appointment, he was flexible and included the changes. George said that he and his staff were available to help us execute our estate documents, and that they would send annual reminders to update our documents if necessary. He's not a one and done business; he wants to maintain a relationship.

Mr. House was very professional and helped me several times at his Tipp City and Beavercreek locations. I was selling my house and ready to close on in when we discovered that because my husband's name (who had passed away) was on the title of our house, that I could not close because I did not have a survivorship title. Even thou, we had a will etc. I needed to get this issue resolved within a week. Panic mode set in. I called him that day and he started the ball running. He obtained the information needed and went above and beyond by walking the documents to the court house so the judge could make a decision within a couple of days. Everything was ready for the closing day. After that, I decided to do some Estate planning so my son's would not have to go through what I had experienced. He made the process pretty effortless. Told me exactly what information he needed, gave me some suggestions and 1 month letter, all the documents for my current belongs, living will, POA etc., was taken care of. His office was helpful whenever I called with my many questions and concerns and fast getting back to me. I appreciate all their help in a stressfull situation.
