Returned to this office years after my provider here retired. Saw Dr Sharma. Very disappointed with her. She was dismissive of my concerns, and didn't even perform a physical exam. I reached out to the office manager, who seemed concerned at first, but then became difficult to reach once I told her how upset I was and that I wanted to discuss everything with her. Now I'm getting a $200 bill for basically nothing.

I was so graciously gifted the presence of a doctor after over AN HOUR of waiting. After I told the doctor I would not be back due to the disrespect of my time from the facility he took it very personal and cancelled the appointment then and there with a disrespectful tone. Not only did I waste over an hour of my time and gas that I will never get back, but still do not know whats wrong. Not my first time being disappointed by them. When I had a procedure they wanted to cancel the day of. WORST MOST DISRESPECTFUL PLACE!!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. only the runner seemed to care (the nurse that takes you back from the lobby; I felt bad for her that she is such a gem stuck in this place. front desk people just chatted away while people in front of me (arrived at apt time) were STILL waiting to be seen and then casually yelled out DR's are an hour behind. Why schedule appts in 15 min increments when you know the doctor is ALWAYS behind? (words from the front desk lady when I asked how much longer) Terrible terrible terrible. Left crying and calling my PCP for a new referral.

A singularly execrable experience. The physician providing service was, at best, disinterested in the presenting complaint and belittled the patient’s referral and need without seeking to understand.
In fairness, the office attempted to resolve the issue but fell far far short of the mark.

Dr Patrick and her staff were excellent! I was treated like I was the most important patient. All my questions and concerns were thoroughly answered. Even patients in the waiting area were very kind. My visit was most definitely one to remember. I'd recommend Dr Patrick to anyone in need and serious about taking the best care for themselves. Don't put it off, give her a call NOW! I got home today, and I noticed I had a voice message. Digestive Endoscopy Center had someone checking on me after my exam, asking me how I felt. And if I needed anything, to call them back. I thought that was a very thoughtful gesture!
Then, reading my discharge instructions, I discovered that my last paper was a Thank You card signed by the medical professionals who took care of me today! WOW!!!

From the time I scheduled the appointment until the finished procedure, it was so professional. When I arrived the staff greeted me immediately. I was sent back to the room and prepped quickly. Each member of the team was more than helpful to answer any questions that I had. The procedure was quick and simple. The Dr followed up immediately and explained everything in detail after we finished. The staff deserves all the credit for their commitment to servicing their patients. Very well pleased with everything.

My overall experience was quite positive. The staff & Dr Patrick were excellent, very friendly & compassionate. The only issue I had was my appt was for 8am so I needed to arrive by 7:15am. I didn’t actually get started until after 9 because the doctor was late arriving for the day.
