If I could no stars I would. This company is a rip off I was referred by unbundled legal services for a custody case regarding my niece. My sisters passed away in March and I needed an attorney to help obtain custody. When I spoke with Shannon Dee, he told me all the things I wanted to hear and made it seem like he was the best option and wouldn't waste my time/money. However, after receiving my payment of $500 I didn't hear from him until I emailed the site wanting my money back. Per the contact I was supposed to receive paperwork to file within 21 days. It has now been 40days with nothing to show for it. Shannon was also supposed to call CPS and get more details on my niece, but after speaking with the case worker no calls wherever made. Stay away from this company as they will steal whatever amount of money, they can from you. I have reported them to the FTC and BBB I will also continue to do so till I receive my refund.

I just recently had a terrible experience. I was charged $250.00 and promised a referral for a lawyer and get a 25% discount on fees. The lawyer I was sent to had never heard of this company and definitely was not interested in any 25% discount and we left..He wanted 10,000$. After three weeks of attempts to get a referral we were told " they were working on it" We ended up having to get another lawyer because they never produced any legal help? The judge gave us 21 days to retain an attorney and to No avail we had no other choice. They refused to give refunds on their contra t or personally but their contract doesn't say pay even if they don't give services rendered. In Illi is we call this a SCAM and I don't believe any of these positive Reviews. I believe this company writes them their selves. Please do yourself a favor and do not trust them. They prey on the ignorant.

Don't use this 'service', signed up in July paid $250, spoke with Matt for an hour or so. Was told I would get a call from a lawyer within a couple weeks and never heard back from anyone. Followed up with Matt a few times with email and phone calls never got a response. They charged me the first month $39 and still never heard from anyone. It has been a month and I sent them an email to their billing department, never heard back from them. Going to have to cancel the account I used to pay them because who knows if they will actually cancel the account. This was a joke, do not sign up for this scam. Also going to file a complaint with BBB. I would leave a 0 star but that isn't an option. Waste of time and money.

Very disrespectful group of individuals. Spoke with the representative one day, they said they would fill out the paper work for the initial down payment and after they received the 2nd payment they would file the paperwork. Spoke with Shannon Dee and all of a sudden I was going to have to file the paperwork myself and pay an additional fee directly to the court to do so. Then he had the audacity to ask me what MY "angle" was and would not allow me to speak and would talk over me the entire phone call. Do not deal with these people, HIGHLY unprofessional.

Very unprofessional, professional chatty before they get your money. Afterwards rude, interrupt you when you’re speaking. You pay 750.00 dollars for 6 pages and then you’re sent the paperwork to efile. Only an attorney can efile. Not honest with you about what will take place. There is no lawyer you’ll have access to which they say you will have (lies) and if you reach out to the paralegal regarding efile they tell you it’s not their issue contact back this company where you’re met with a rude attitude because you’re trying to relay what the courts told you and now what this paralegal response was to you. Do not go with this company I would not even recommend it to my enemy. If you get a case manager there that is a guy with a females name stay away from him and ask for someone else. He has the most nastiest customer service I have ever seen! When you pay for a service you should be happy with what you get in return. I just wish I would have seen they have a two star rating with the same complaints I would have never gone with them now I need a lawyer to go against another lawyer company lol smh.

DONT DO IT! HORRIBLE SERVICE TO AN UNETHICAL POINT.

After hiring this service ($250, over twice as much an ACTUAL attorney consultation costs). They will spend the next 2 weeks playing phone tag with you, which, does not stop them from charging your card their monthly service charge only days after you pay the initial fee.

When you call to try and hurry the process, because you are dealing with legal matters that are time sensitive. you will be met with an operator who is only allowed to answer easy questions. Asking a relivant question will enevitably get you put on hold for 7 to 10 minutes only to be met with "we are going to have a manager call you back".

After waiting for days to hear from someone who can actually help you. A man only referred to as "Steve" will call and offer a snarky appology and promise of a refund.

When you call for that refund, you will be met by Amanda Scott, who's only job is to deny you that refund, and argue with you on why it is acceptable for a service to charge you hundreds of dollars for something Google can do for free. ...She will literally argue with you.

I needed a lawyer to help with a parenting plan, I just wasted two weeks and $250 on these people. That is two more weeks I DONT GET TO SEE MY CHILDREN. And they will take your money to add insult to injury. Not just a bad company, an unethical one.

They wanted $250 so we sent it and had to fight to get someone to call and then they finally got us a lawyer but the price was still out of our financial range. The lawyer wouldn't take payments and they also have a recurring charge every month that I didn't know anything about. I don't recommend this place to anyone.

This is a company is run by THIEVES! They take advantage of people who are in desperate need of help. I MADE THE MISTAKE OF NOT READING THE CONTRACT BECAUSE I WAS PRESSED FOR TIME. I TRUSTED THEM when THEY TOLD ME MY INITIAL PAYMENT of $250 would go toward the LAWYER FEES then DISCOVERED it WAS A NON REFUNDABLE COMPANY FEE along with a MONTHLY FEE. THEY ARE VERY SLICK!
SO Be careful they will try to rush you through signing an online contract over the phone and NOT DISCLOSE to you that the $250 FEE is NON REFUNDABLE and they will NOT DISCLOSE that 7 DAYS LATER there will be a MONTHLY FEE of $39.99. They will OFFER a variety of SERVICES and ACCESS to LAWYERS. THEN AFTER YOU PAY, they WILL TELL YOU that there is a possibility THAT A LAWYER WONT BE AVAILABLE FOR YOUR COURT DATE. This will SET IN MOTION A NEED FOR A CONTINUANCE and MORE MONTHLY FEES of $39.99. WHEN YOU DISCOVER IT IS A BS COMPANY and TRY TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICES WITH THEM, THEY WILL GIVE YOU AN EMAIL ADDRESS to send your CANCELLATION to THAT IS NOT VALID. So SEND YOUR NOTICE OF CANCELLATION IN AN EMAIL to the COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE THEY APPOINT TO YOU and be sure to tell them the email to cancel services is invalid and that they need to pass your notice of cancellation onto the proper department. This will ensure that the company was notified and can be used for legal purposes if needed later. THEY HAVE PROVIDED NO SERVICES, AT ALL, FOR THE $250 THEY STOLE FROM ME! ANY HONEST PERSON or COMPANY WOULD REFUND THE MONEY, NOT KEEP IT! IT'S PLAIN THEFT AND I BELIEVE IN KARMA!
