Just another let down by the courts for a failure to see the fact the trial court in Athens county is framing ppl and it’s the job of the district court to see the errors the local courts are making and correct those errors but as usual our legal system follows the trial courts decisions bc they back the judges who made the mistakes in the first place. It’s a joke. Any logical person can see that local courts are erroneous bc they only care about convictions and this makes it impossible to have a fair trial in the state of Ohio. So yea I’m giving 1 ⭐️ for lack of judicial review and oversight. Another link in the corruption in government . Regardless if a defendant or appellant is able to point out the exact type of error or case law to back it , if a panel sees error made by a trial court then regardless if it was properly cited or brought up for argument then the appeals court should do something about it .... point . Blank ... period..

Thanks you b
