I didn't actually visit Mr. Bugg recently, but I was nearby.
However, I will still post a review since he was my attorney 31 years ago, back when he was a public defender. I was just 18 and it wasn't until I was older, that I grew to appreciate his dedication, empathy and compassion. He went above and beyond what one would expect from a public defender. I never forgot about him. And if I ever need an attorney, he would be the first one I'd call.

Adult protective services of Ross county sent me to him for my Grandmothers guardianship. Not very informative or professional constantly saying "we will go over that later" to my questions yet had time to tell me how "lucrative" guardianships have been for him and he "himself is paid guardian for 8 people, but no more or I'd have to take a special class". RED FLAGS..we are not on the same page sir. After inquiring about fees (current and future)and how much he had ALREADY been paid by APS one last time before court the Paralegal - Co council (said sarcastically) left me a voicemail "They were returning advanced funds back to APS, as they would not represent me in this matter". WHAT is really going on here?! I asked too many questions, I think NOT. The "clerical" help is rude and you never get to speak directly with the actual Attorney.
