We ran into a few bureaucratic speed bumps during our home-buying journey in Chillicothe but Debbie and Tammy were always on the ball with updated info and an accurate timeline. Any time I had questions about a document or process it was explained expertly. It took a little bit of time and some paper shuffling but NW Title smoothed out most of the rocky road for us.

Good experience and I definitely recommend them!

Representative met with us to close on a holiday with the end of contract date “accidentally” being on Black Friday. Done in less than an hour and on our way. Was really nice to be able to get it done first thing in the morning as well. Awesome job! Very friendly and professional.

Very poor communication. Told me everything was closed and good to go. After 5 hours of wondering where the payment was (they said it would take 3 hours max and usually only 45 min) I called. Never got a call back so I emailed. They informed me that we weren't closed and there was a hold up on payment. I had already given the buyer the keys to the house. They should have delayed closing. After all of this they wired the money incorrectly and I had to wait 4 days to receive payment. Would not recommend.

Everything was done in a timely and professional way. A friendly staff that made us feel like they had done this many times before. We could tell that they had resolved any potential issues ahead of time. But mostly, they enthusiastically welcomed us to a new community.
