I started my first job at 15,worked every extra hour i could. For the previous 8 years I worked 12-16 hours a day,6-7 days a week. Out of nowhere I tore my rotator cuff,had pre-surgery blood tests. Bang! I find out I'm critically anemic, my iron is really low and my blood won't clot. A month later I vomit blood,and find out I have stage-3 non-alcoholic liver cirrhosis. I'm bleeding internally, and varicos veins have ruptured in my esophagus. 11 months later and the forth trip to the ER and another week in the hospital. Internal bleeding and I was informed that there is a blood clot in my portal vein(main vein from many organs into the liver) and it's 50% blocked.

What a process! Stephanie helped me so much,without her and John's experience I would have been lost,frustrated,and probably still waiting. Apparently nobody at SSA is held accountable for the at any point in the process. Even after my claim was approved, it still took 4 months to complete. With that said,John and Stephanie's persistence was worth the wait.

I would definitely recommend John and his team to anyone in need of legal assistance.

Daniel at the Franklin office was amazing. Very understanding and knowledgeable of my complex diagnosis. He got back to me anytime I needed him. It’s been a long road. But the stress overall was gone having him in my corner. We were successful in getting my claim approved! He took my anxiety away being there for me in my hearing. I can’t thank him and his team enough for what they have done overall for my family and I. Highly recommend their office to get the help people are truly in need of!

We were referred to the Law Offices of John Nicholson by a friend that both she and her son had been very happy with. Atty. Daniel Webb was our attorney and from the very first conversation with him I knew my daughter was in good hands. She has a complicated health history and he always treated her with dignity, was supportive, and up to date on what was happening. When it was time for court he talked her through what was expected, how to answer the judge and not to be nervous that he would be there.
