A few months ago my family was completely blindsided by a felony criminal indictment against my son. Who was actually the victim in the incident. We were stunned and had no idea what to do.

Zach had previously represented me about a decade ago when he worked for the Franklin County Public Defenders Office and did an outstanding job back then. And that really stuck with me. So I reached out to that office first only to find he was no longer there. So I reached out to a few other attorneys that day. But none felt like they fit or were really hearing me out. Or ever even called me back at all. I spent the next day trying to locate Zach. Even going so far as to message him on his Facebook page. I knew he was who I needed to talk to. And I was a determined Mother. What can I say?!

I finally was able to find him at Ohio Legal Group. And, thank goodness! I left a message. Kristen got back with me almost immediately and set up a callback with Zach.

He responded promptly. And as expected he candidly and thoroughly explained the legal process in relation to the charge my son was facing. He answered all questions knowledgeably and advised us on what to do moving forward so that we could get the situation resolved quickly and correctly. Anytime I had any additional questions I could always count on either Kristen or Zach to be very responsive, which is extremely helpful when dealing with high stress situations such as these.

Zach was able to walk us through the process of surrendering to the warrant. He was then able to get the bond set at a reasonable amount. Graciously walked us through that entire process. Zach then worked directly with the Prosecutor’s Office and got the charges dismissed without my son ever going before the Judge again. An outcome that was exactly what we were hoping for and one we had all faith and confidence in Zach to be able to achieve. And he did.

Obviously my family could not be happier with the outcome of the case and we are grateful to Zach, Kristen, and the entire Ohio Legal Group family for all of their support, encouragement, and commitment to helping my son, myself, and my family navigate this challenging situation. I would absolutely recommend this amazing group of people to anyone who finds themselves in a similar situation.
