Lawyer Brandon Henderson has been exceptional in his treatment towards my friend and his case. Brandon is not your typical lawyer that just tells you when you need to show up to court. I would highly recommend Mr. Weatherly, from the start. From the first contact from the Government coming to your door, this law firm needs to be your first call. Don't be afraid to tell the investigators that you want to consult with your attorney first. Call this law firm next and allow them to set it up from there. It will save you from the common pitfalls that are often made in error from the beginning. He will get the correct people involved and that first call, will make the difference from the outcome the government may want to the outcome YOU want.

They make backdoor deals on innocent defendants and get them locked up, just to get lower sentences for other clients. They don't fight for you like their ads say, they fight for their firms well-being.

I spent 10s of thousands of dollars trying to defend my case, and I only met my attorney twice. They lost evidence and overall threw me to the prosecution to do whatever they wanted with me. They leave you in the hands of inexperienced paralegals that give you the run-around.

I RECIEVED THE MAXIMUM SENTENCE FOR MY FIRST OFFENSE AND I AM INNOCENT

Then, they refused to appeal my case. Shocker.

I was imprisoned with numerous people in a similar position who used HMW law. They're STILL behind bars where they can't let the public know what garbage these lawyers are.

Justin Weatherly is one of the greatest lawyers I’ve ever came across. He’s very determined and passionate about what he does.
