I came in to pay a balance and I got there early and the receptionist Teeka was very helpful with any questions and concerns I had. Shaun was also very helpful with giving me paperwork to stop garnishment out of my check. They were very helpful and nice. Thanks so much.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Every time I call this debt collection agency, the representatives are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting with my payment, they talk down to me and act like I’m an inconvenience. Making a payment should be simple, but they make it as difficult as possible. They insist on having my bank account information, which I refuse to give them, and they refuse to offer any reasonable alternatives. It’s clear they care more about control than actually resolving debts. Avoid dealing with them if you can!

How is this company even legal? The communication is absolutely terrible. Not once did the person suing me bother to respond or reach out. I can’t imagine doing a job like this—waking up every day with the sole purpose of ruining lives. What kind of satisfaction could anyone possibly get from that? Since I couldn’t afford a lawyer (obviously), they took full advantage of the situation, doing whatever they pleased. It’s heartless, unethical, and downright comical in the worst way—truly doing the devil’s work without a care in the world.

Got a letter from them saying I was a fiduciary and owed a debt for someone I never knew. When I questioned, I was told, "Ok, you won't be getting any more letters" just like that. I started asking questions and was told it was because a "random Google search" brought up my name. That I must have lived with her (even though I'm not even in OH). That fiduciary is a "blanket" term they use (no one can be appointed a fiduciary without their consent), etc. I fully believe, after reading about their many lawsuits, that they mail out as many "collection attempts" as possible to random people and see how many dummies pay them.

Rude, inhumane people. Wont give you a legal warning before filing for garnishments and illegally obtains judgments against you without having any contact whatsoever with you.

This is one of the worst debt/creditors collectors I've ever worked with. I will be reaching out to the BBB to file a complaint on this company. They took over $1,000 from me that did not go toward my loan balance. Amber and Sean bribed me in to paying a lump sum of money to get on a payment plan but did not mention the 3% interest they add to my debt daily. I reached out to Sean the supervisor to let him know that Amber lied and misinform me on the correct information he basically took up for her lying to me saying she was correct after i proved to him on paper she lied. I told them im not working at the moment and they basically did not care sean the supervisor told me after we agreed on a payment plan that he will be filing another garnishment if i dont pay even though im not working at the moment. They garnished my wages almost 2 months ago and the money still haven't been applied to my balance. I think they pocketed the money illegally. So that's why I'm reaching out to the BBB I will be consulting a lawyer also. This company should be shut down.

I've tried to pay them through their website and it's so impossible to use I'm literally over trying. Write me off because I'm not gonna waste any more time trying to pay you a holes who literally picked up my debt for pennies on the dollar. They will also harass you through phone calls (but won't take payments) and threaten that they are going to sue me but in 3 years haven't. It'll be off my credit soon so I don't even care anymore. This place is a joke and everyone that works for them is going to hell
