I received a subpoena from this attorney to be a witness in a case I am not involved in. I did not receive the subpoena until 5 days (3 business days) before the court case where I was expected to attend. I am now scrambling to rearrange my schedule so I can appear in court to, I guess, testify in a case I can contribute nothing substantial to for fear that I will get put in jail if I don't appear. He has not responded to any of my voicemails or emails. Spend a little more and get a decent attorney.

Amazing attorney! Always kept us up to date on anything new going on with our case and answered all of our questions in depth. We live out of state but had a custody case going there, and he did EVERYTHING for us so we wouldn't have to come into state without absolutely needing to be there. Bryan was assigned as the guardian ad litem for my custody case involving my 3 year old child. This man is completely unprofessional in his work. In his report he stated many many wrong facts. As if he wasn't listening or just plain did not care. He spent a whopping 30 minutes at my house with our family, in these 30 minutes he gets to decide the fate of a child's life. The last custody case I went through the guardian ad litem spent 4 hours with just myself & my fiancee, then he interviewed our kids at their school separately. Bryan Lamb put very little time into our interview, as he showed up at our house at dinner time while we were cooking & was in a very hurried rush to get going so he could eat dinner as our cooking smelled good & he was hungry!! Also would call my personal cell phone at 830 9 PM at night to touch base!!! My daughter was burned with a cigarette yet was no big deal to Bryan. This guy is in over his head with regards to being appointed a guardian ad litem. Again I'm only going off another experience with a different guardian ad litem yet the differences in these 2 attorneys work & professionalism are day & night. Maybe Bryan is better at private attorney services but his guardian ad litem experience in custody cases leaves much to be desired!
