Christian and his team are incredible. I've been a customer for years.... I tend to be a "last minute/I need this yesterday" kinda guy, and while I understand that's not always possible (I own a small business as well so I understand) - they always try their best to accommodate - and usually always do! Great job and great business!

This might be a different take on a review, but nonetheless shiws the caliber people who own and work at TNO. I found the neighborhood office on my own personal search to open a similar store in my town...I came across TNO..I curiously emailed the owner having NO idea if I'd even get a response back...to my surprise I did! And that is where my relationship with TNO, Christian and his staff began! He accepted my request to come tour his store and find out more about the industry. If I could give credit to one single defining moment in my decision to push forward in opening my own store it would be thanks to Christian. His professionalism, work ethic, and drive are so impressive and exactly how I strive to be like at my store! I was graciously given the opportunity to shadow at TNO and learn the ropes...if it wasn't for Christian I wouldn't be anywhere near the level I'm at today. I owe him my utmost thanks in teaching me nearly everything i know about the pack n ship industry...because of him my vision also transformed from a pack n ship store to a pack/ship and print store just like his too! If youre near Chagrin falls and get the opportunity to go to the neighborhood office whether it be to complete a printing project, rent a mailbox or ship a package I can PROMISE you with complete confidence you will NEVER step foot into another shipping/print store again. When you walk into TNO, you're family. That's exactly how I feel and I'm incredibly grateful to have gained a lifelong friend and business partner out it too. Whether it's a mailing, shipping, packing or print job you need completed...Christian and his wonderful, knowledgeable staff are there to offer a smile, and their help. If I could give TNO 100,000 STARS I would ✨️ because of the knowledge I've acquired from Christian taking time out of his busy schedule to help a fellow store owner...I have confidence that my store will turn into something great just like TNO already IS! If I can create a fraction of what Christian has at TNO I'll be doing great! Thank you Christian for your incredible teaching and friendship. This place is amazing! Christian and his staff have repeatedly helped me mail several very old, oddly shaped, very fragile, vintage electronics to service personnel all over the country (Maryland, California, Oklahoma, and Georgia so far). They always pack them extremely well, so much so that the service technicians complimented the packing job. Every item has arrived at its destination with no broken glass (every item had multiple glass vacuum tubes in it) and nothing out-of-place. They never say they can’t do it, they find a way and figure it out. I have spent almost $1000 at The Neighbourhood Office and plan to continue to use them for all of my shipping needs.

I recently had to print marketing collateral for a trade show. It was a tight turnaround that required some tricky shipping logistics to get the order where it needed to be. The Neighborhood Office made it easy. All I did was send the files and a shipping label. When I arrived at the trade show my materials were waiting for me and looked beautiful. I trust the Neighborhood Office to handle the collateral for a major brand because I’ll know they’ll get the job done right the first time. They are highly recommended.
