The Best customer service for personal banking and knowledgeable professional staff on business banking. This bank staff service customers; timely, friendly, and with above professional courtesy standards. The bank is always clean and customers are promptly greeted by name, whenever walking in or driving up. I find it difficult to believe any customer can have a negative experience at this bank. It is told through personal testimonials GSBT has always been willing to work with customers during economic hardships. GSBT keep up the excellent banking experience for customers you have helped so many families.

Never had problems, until my 300$ magical disappeared 4months ago, “ their words was “ sorry we cannot help you we need a signature that you showed up that day at the drive-thru.” So that merchant/customer copy paperwork doesn’t existed?…

Nothin is kept confidential, loan lender threw a temper tantrum like a 4yr old acting unprofessional. There are Banks on every corner that are happy to have your business, just not this one.
