Charged for a support call with Lenovo not sure why. Took in laptop under warranty they never did anything with it. When I called and asked them specifically if they were a Lenovo dealer I was told yes. Also had another Lenovo laptop in to them asked them to find 1 part. Total charged for this was just under $152.00 for nothing or telling me what I already knew and still had to ship off my laptop to get fixed by Lenovo. I would warn people to find out what the upfront costs are. They did NO BENCH WORK TO EITHER LAPTOP and charged that much.

I took in a Mac a few years ago with a crashed hard drive and ISM not only replaced the hard drive, rescued 7000 of my photos and got me set up on an external hard drive for backup - and their price was super reasonable.
