Remember, WeThePeople, your Public Pretender gets paid from the same State that is prosecuting you. & any private paid attorney that takes cases from the Public Prtenders office has a "contract". Think on that real hard & go down that rabbit hole

Kangaroo court. Literally have public defenders acting in the capacity of prosecution, laying burdens over defendants above and beyond even what the prosecution asks -in open court! I hope when the AI replaces professions, these "attorneys" are the first to be replaced. I propose Cascade County would make a perfect sampleling for the new technology, and be much safer and effective for the accused.

Phones don't get answered, return calls are never made, letters and forms are not mailed when they claim to be.
Best results are made by going there in person so can't be put on a technological hold. Even then however you're likely to get a "we will call you ASAP or we mailed you that form 3 weeks ago" (which you magically will get the form a few days after calling their bluff), or the old "were very busy" line. I don't doubt they are busy but the repercussions of that should not fall on the clients.
If you're in a situation where dealing with them is necessary, do yourself a favor and be very patient and document every interaction you have with them; as far as time&date as well as subject matter and outcome.

I can't even give them one star, this is horrific how these attorneys represent their clients, I'm just so sad for our justice system because there is no justice here. I'm not a perfect person by far, however , I have been harassed by the law n judicial system all my life . Yes , I brought alot of it on myself . People grow up and learn from their mistakes but continue to be judged for adolescent behaviors .

I have tried calling this place and left a message each time I did and I still haven’t got a call back. I’ve been trying to get ahold of my lawyer and haven’t talked to her on the phone for the past 6 months.
