I was injured in a fall at a big box store. I called multiple attorney's for help as I have preexisting illnesses that this injury greatly exacerbated. If you are looking for people who care about your situation and try to get you the best outcome possible, consider contacting The Advocates. My dog and I were attacked by another dog back in March, after trying to obtain the owners information with no luck and being in the ER twice on top of other doctor visits, suffering from a concussion etc. I was exhausted and didn't know what to do. I e-mailed them about my case and they were prompt to respond, listened with care and explained everything clearly. Throughout my recovery, they were great at touching base, checking in on my progress and keeping me updated on how things were coming along. The attorney I had initially, Alicia was very kind, she let me know she was moving and would be unavailable. I was then placed with Doug Day who has been just as nice, compassionate toward my situation and professional. He has been prompt to answer my questions and address my concerns.
