Pinski was a mediator for recent legal malpractice case against Crowley Fleck who took advantage of my brain-injured uncle. Pinski completely attacked me and took the side of Crowley Fleck without even looking at the case. It was embarrassing to the legal profession and himself as a former judge. There were two other defendants at the mediation and Pinski allowed them to conspire under the veil of “mediation secrecy protection”.

Do not engage Mr. Pinski for mediation - you will not get a fair mediator.
