If you are looking for an estate planning attorney then I highly recommend David Payne and his staff at Ozark Legacy Law. From the minute that we walked in the door Charity made us feel welcome and completely at ease. They walked us through everything we needed to know and do to get all of our estate plans into writing and filed with the county and state. What I was afraid was going to be a long drawn out event was absolutely seamless and was completely stress free. David put our minds at ease and treated my father, a WWII veteran, with dignity and respect. David takes care of our veterans and truly cares about you. I would recommend David to anyone that needs this type of help.

Wow- wow- wowwww. After an unexpected loss- our family scrambled to set up trusts for my dad & for ourselves.
