As others have stated; Peter was amazing and extremely knowledgeable. I’m a first time home buyer; purchasing a home in another state. He had everything ready to go for me when I arrived and was able to take care of everything throughout the process. All I had to do was sign the documents and take the closing package to FedEx. Peter throughly explained each and every document to me in great detail before I signed each one. He scanned and sent the documents to the out of state attorneys office for approval, and had the envelope all set to go for me. I seriously could not have done this without his help. I HIGHLY recommend Peter’s services for any notary needs; ESPECIALLY when it comes to real estate. Thank you again Peter for all your help. I appreciate it immensely.

I just completed closing on a new home purchase with Pete and I have to say that he was very knowledgeable about the process and very much a consummate professional. I have been working with Peter at Heritage Notary Services for 3 years now. You will not find a more attentive and professional notary. Peter has always been on-time, prepared, and professional. He has gone out of his way to meet me wherever is needed in order to get the job done. He also ensures documents get sent back that day. We have done at least 11 sets of real estate loan documents at this point and not a single error on Peter's part. In fact, once he found an error on the part of escrow which he stayed until the replacement document was generated and we continued the signing the same day. I give Peter my highest recommendation.
