I would rate 6 stars if I could! Andrew Bauman has been such a help to my husband and I in creating an estate plan and ensuring all of our assets are covered and personal matters handled appropriately. His empathy, guidance, and availability were much appreciated as we were newly married and not attuned to legal jargon and lacked knowledge on the best way to protect our assets. Even after everything had been completed, he provided further assistance and written guidelines to help us avoid probate and other issues in the future.

Andrew was also a tremendous help in creating my LLC. He provided guidance and support through every step, as well as timely advice.

Kreitler has an excellent team and their rates are reasonable. It's nice to know my family and assets are in good hands!

**Update** James did a wonderful job following up with me and walking me thru my mothers estate. Thank you James for caring enough to make a bad experience during this hard time better.

I would never work with Andrew Bauman again. While James did a great job helping me with my personal Trust planning, while dealing with my parents estate was a different story. He failed to explain details and help me thru a process I was unfamiliar with. I was accused of not disclosing things I didn't know. Had I had more clear direction I could have done things differently: as I did not got to Law School which is why I hired the firm. At the end when I had questions he was rude and condescending, telling me if I needed to look further into the matter I needed to seek alternate council outside of their firm. Had he said unfortunately we are no longer taking probate cases (not sure if that is really the case) that would have been one conversation. But he just told me to call someone else. This law firm came HIGHLY recommended sad that was ruined for my experience.
