The person we worked with was both friendly and knowledgable. We needed medical equipment and they had everything we needed. A great service and good people. I worked as a discharge planner in the midwest foe years and the lending closet available to clients was very minimal compared to this one. Cannot thank them enough for the needed equipment and friendly service.

Did not help at all. Woman working there barely took the time to speak with me or answer questions. She just pointed to their brochure rack and said I would need to contact these groups. I have spoken to others who have said the same complaint and to Bitterroot Hospital who have said they are getting complaints about this office as well. It is a real shame as our area is growing as is the senior population and we need help. I thought this office was supposed to be a support group?

No pictures to share, but what an amazing service to the community! They loaned us two items, one of which my mom is still using. We contributed a donation, but it is a pittance compared to the service we received.

Loaned my parents with mobility issues equipment for the house. We were able to return everything, so they could be sanitized and given to someone else in need.
