Thanks to my friend, you are able to order someone to stop reading the legal documents you give them and yell at them to sign them immediately because it’s been a long day and you’re tired. Must be nice to never have to be in a foxhole or trench. The closest ring to a trench for you folks is Buffalo Wild Wings 😂😂😂😇 I treat all politicians the same, your job is to uphold our sacred constitution, anything other than that is a slap in the face to my friend here. If you don’t like having constituents then don’t run for office your highness. There isn’t anywhere you can put me worse than where I have already been sir.

Chris Hartman and his team are amazing.

My mother in law hired Seth to do a Will for her. Upon meeting with him, he explained she would only need a Will to take care of what she was wanting. After over a month, she finally had papers to sign. The cost was double the he quoted us for her Will. Upon receiving the bill, she was charged for a Trust as well. When we called to understand the billing, Seth was dismissive, rude, and over talked my 78 year old mother in law. He said she ended up needed a trust. That was fine, but no communication from his office to explain this to her. He was offended we did not understand the legal jargon, and minimally tried to explain the reasoning for the trust part. Rather than enduring his bad attitude, we said we would pay, even though she had yet to be given a trust, Will, DPOA, or any documents as of yet. He got mad like a child and told us to find another attorney and hung up on us.

When going into court this lawyer was prepared, although he was very responsive when contacting him via email. My issue with Mr. Pegram was not consulting with me before making agreements with the opposite party and gaslighting me by saying “it was what we needed to do and it wouldn’t have been possible to get what I wanted” he agreeded to another party for me to get a psychological evaluation without my permission saying it was what I had to do to fight my case. Then says plus what does it matter if nothing was wrong. After court a few days later I addressed I never agreed to that and said he wasn’t standing up for me correctly he had me come into his office to discuss something charged me for the visit and fired me as a client I find him very arrogant and unprofessional. It was a new process and I feel as if I wasn’t consulted with things that had been done I went with Kathleen in Farmington instead and received 50/50 custody of my son. Choose wisely with the lawyer you choose. Also double charges
He went into court one time with me and keep all my retainer fee and somehow I still owe him 1500

Ms.Duffe truly went above and beyond with my case. Ms. Duffe was compassionate, efficient, and effective. I would recommend her on all accounts and will definitely retain her again if needed personally. At a time where I had lost hope, she remained confident and consistent, I couldn’t have asked for better. I am not one to trust and Duffe did everything with her power to change that opinion and I am so thankful she did. I had an amazing outcome and currently now work with criminal law, helping others.

I had questions about a former case with a different attorney who would no longer help me, I left a message with a brief detail of the situation and my call was returned within the same day. Seth seemed very knowledgeable and understanding. He answered all my questions for my best interest and did not try to pressure me into hiring him to represent me. However, if the need arises he will be my first phone call.

After reading all these other reviews that have been posted I recommend you don't listen to them. I have hired Chris Hartman as an attorney 2x now and has not done me wrong at all very reasonable respectful and knows what he is talking about. I had some tickets that he was able to get taken care of. If I'd have to choose any lawyer around for anything he is the first person that I would go to over anything.
