Truly excellent IT services. Two of my consulting clients utilize Hi-Tech and I recommend them constantly. They are professional and quick to respond. Both clients have their 24 hour service and I can say definitively it is 24 hours - I have emailed them in the middle of the night/early morning while working late and gotten a fast response. Best you could ask for.

Michael and his team have been supporting our dental office since 2009. They helped us with many things including server moves, wiring, backup, and most importantly dentrix support. We are a paperless practice with 7 ops. Without these guys we would not be able to run our business.
