Tyler is the kindest and most helpful! It was difficult for me to find viable proofs of residency and he took the extra time to help me and make the process seamless and quick. Much better experience than waiting hours at the DMV. We were in and out in 30 minutes for 2 separate appointments. Super quick!

My experience was not worth the $40 convenience fee. Astrid seemed to have to call over one the other employees for help almost every step of my drivers license renewal process. She had originally accepted and scanned in 2 proofs of address, but then one of her employees had to come over and tell her that they didn’t accept medical bills. So after 45 min, I almost didn’t get my license. Every person that arrived and got helped by other employees, was in and out in 20 minutes, but I seemed to have just gotten unlucky. Although, I almost got away without the convenience fee, because she had to chase me out of the building, as she forgot to have me pay when I was still inside! I understand bad days happen and people need help once and awhile, but this experience was very frustrating.

Been in twice, first thing Saturday morning and had Krista reregister a couple of our vehicles- very prompt, friendly experience with her! The only downside is that I didn't realize express wasn't a state run facility, so paid an extra $45 for the service. It is a convenient option, if you're willing to pay for it:)
