Mark Hammer was my husband’s attorney for nearly two years, defending him against very serious criminal charges. We were scared to death. What was going to happen? We knew my husband wasn’t guilty but would that matter? Who would listen? Who would know how the way to vindication? Mark’s being doing this work for over thirty years, as a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney and it gave us great comfort knowing that he had handled this kind of case countless times before. There were so many critical decisions that were made over the course of my husband’s case, including a dozen during the last week before trial. Mark confidently walked us through these decisions with candor and empathy. He listened to us and he directed us toward a path he’s obviously traveled many times before. In the end, I was privileged to watch an expert in his craft win my husband’s trial. Now, thanks to Mark, the nightmare is over.

If I I could give more than 5 starts I would. Matt Wayman will be the only attorney I use in the future if I am ever in need again. During my PH he argued our case and he got the judge to dismiss 2 of the three charges. Unfornately for the prosecutor went behind the judges back and refilled the charges to the grand jury so we didn't get a chance to argue our case during a second PH. But ultimately he got me a far better deal than I was ever expecting. He was
communicative throughout the entire process.
He filed the necessary motions he thought we needed to to better my chances of avoiding any jail time. I could not be more grateful to Matt and his team for the outcome I received. He is top notch and very affordable. I will recommend to anyone I know ever needing an attorney

I do not think it is possible to accurately relay just how great Matt W. and his team were while helping me through a really rough time for my family and I. Not only were they fast, reasonably priced, and incredibly professional but they treated me like a human and member of their family. Matt and his team constantly reassured my family and they as hard for us as if we were their own family. The Hammer law firm made a tough time much more bareable. If you are seeking top notch representation, look no further. Maybe not always the biggest dog in the fight but most definitely the best. Matt was 2 hours late to court and clearly hadn't even bothered to look into the case at all (or listen to his client either time we talked before the court date) as he had no idea what the charge was or any details surrounding it upon finally showing up. When the judge and prosecutor are openly mocking you in court because you hired a terrible attorney, you know you made a terrible decision... unfortunately it is beyond too late for me to find someone better to handle my issue. Please don't make the same mistake I did. Stay away from these charlatans.
