Justin Head did a fantastic job settling a legal issue for us. He was extremely thorough and very professional....he gave us the confidence we needed at such a hard time in our life. Excellent Law Firm and then some. We have used HSDSH in Union several times, the first in settling an estate. What sets this firm apart from others (we have used in the past) is making us feel like we are part of the family. They are very cordial, they speak your language, they tell it like it is, and they don't dress it up no matter what the event or issue is. They can be trusted, the follow up is excellent (important), and the pricing is fair. Again, great law firm. We have moved since, five hours away, but will continue to use HSDSH. As a GAL… Jonathan Downard has lied in court. Lied to the judge about witness availability. He over bills. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. Necessary or not. BEWARE. If you ever find yourself in a situation that he is appointed GAL in your case, please know you have a choice. Jonathan Downard is a joke.
