Please don’t hesitate, use BECK AND BECK if you get in an auto accident! Believe me, it will save you a tremendous amount of energy and provide guidance for WHAT’S NEXT. Allowing such a great team to be your support system is precisely the help I wish I had from day ONE. I felt very alone and unheard in my battle of recovery from the accident with Doctors, hospitals, specialist etc… Until BECK AND BECK came along; then, I finally felt HEARD.

I’ve been a wreck since someone crashed my car. Absolutely sick to my stomach, no idea what to do. I googled my situation and Beck & Becks website came up. It specifically spoke about my situation so I decided to call them before calling my insurance company and am so grateful I did. The woman I spoke to initially was empathetic when taking my information and then told me that someone would contact me. I kinda felt hopeless again when told that but it didn’t even take 25 minutes before I got a call back from one of the attorneys. He told me exactly what to do and without his knowledge I would just be in the midst of another panic attack right now. I am beyond appreciative of the free advice given to me.

Beck & Beck have been very helpful with dealing with the Tort Victim Compensation Fund after the death of my son. They keep me informed of what's going on with the case and return phone calls in a reasonable time-frame. Have had some mis-steps, (like the lawyer that was supposed to be in Kansas City for the first court date being late) but all in all, I've been happy with their work.
Losing a child is the most painful thing anybody can live through and although I loved him dearly, his death left me with significant debts that he had owed me. Being on SSI, paying the loans I made to him back to the bank continues to be a struggle but I am hopeful that when my case is finally settled, I will be able to at least reduce that financial stress. I lost David on Dec 31, 2020 and still feel like I haven't been able to fully grieve his loss because his debts are still very much alive. Every month I'm reminded of everything I have lost. That may sound cold but I can't think of a better way to explain it.
The vast majority of the insurance (that I was paying for) went to the woman who had filed for divorce more than 2 years prior to his death but it hadn't been finalized and despite her assurances that she'd help with his debts, I haven't received a dime. Meanwhile, she has a great paying job, a new house and had moved on to a new man before he was even killed. Life is not fair, but I am hopeful that with the help of the caring attorneys at Beck & Beck, I will be able to put some of this behind me and eventually move on.

They are the only lawyers who I trust if I need a lawyer again! I have never needed a lawyer for an accident claim, and didn't know I needed one this time until my insurance company started questioning my claim early on. I am not sure how I chose to speak with Beck and Beck, but one conversation with Paul Beck convinced me that God chose them for me. My case was not easy, but Paul and his team got me the maximum settlement for my claim.
