Conflict Resolution Center provided a thorough and engaging introductory training on conflict resolution and de-escalation to the City Greens Market staff. They were easy to work with, responded quickly, worked with us to accommodate our staff schedules, and were VERY affordable. I highly recommend them, and we will definitely use their trainings again in the future.
