I have heard really good things about the computer guy and that he has the best internet service and prices but good luck getting ahold of him. I have been trying to get installation since July and you can’t call because he won’t answer and when you text, he’ll respond once and then you won’t hear from him until you send another text and then maybe you’ll get a response a week later. And then when you respond within minutes after him sending a text, he won’t respond. I’m glad the people that have his service are enjoying it and he’s responsive to them, but I give up trying to lock down a date for installation.

Never had internet from him simply because he will never answer or return any calls! Complete silence after MULTIPLE calls/messages results in no business from me.

Best internet ever for those of us who live in the "boondocks". If ever there is a problem, he is on top of it immediately. I teach online, so it's important for me to stay connected and The Computer Guy (thanks Greg!) is the best.

The man never answers his phone! I’ve been trying to get ahold of him for weeks for internet services and have not heard back after calling a handful of times and leaving call back numbers. How do you run a business like this?
