Paper frequently not delivered. Call the office and told need to go pick it up. Ummm, if I wanted to pick up own paper, I'd get it at the store. Couple other times paper wasn't delivered, when the office was called, the man who answered the phone immediately started in rudely with, "Did you pay your bill?" Our bill was always paid on a yearly basis so his insinuation was so not appreciated. Just not worth the headache.

Delivery is unreliable. My carrier "misses" me twice a month now and when I call the office I am told I have to go and pick up a paper. No, The Leader is collecting a subscription--AKA money--to provide a product and a service--a newspaper and delivery of that paper to my house. That is the contractual agreement. To not provide that product and to not perform the promised service while collecting the money is fraud. When the contracted labor, the carrier, does not perform their responsibility in this relationship then replace that contracted employee with one who will. the consequences for this failure to provide are not to be mine to bear. And this morning they are not answering the phone at the office. It is currently 0930 on a Monday.

Ridiculous newspaper. Horrible reporting. Bad grammar. Bad spelling. Strange syntax. The editor Kathie Miller is simply a mouthpiece for the corrupt local Anaconda government. Don't bother wasting your money or time reading this rag. Trust me.
