I purchased a few items and spoke to the owner of east wing, I paid in full and requested the items transported to the Oakville location. I said I would pay casj for the transport fee. This was all discussed with the owner. I called, left voicemail, texted, and emailed. Never heard back. Months later I hear back saying they left the items and the property sold. Did not offer a refund nothing. Not to mention I’m a repeat buyer. Very very disappointed. Basically told me to screw. I would not hire them for estate sales and will no longer go to any of there sales. Very unethical.

They have a huge showroom in Oakville, Ct where they will even take stuff on consignment. They are the best in the business by far! Thank you for all the great antiques!
