I wish I had found Malkin & Daigle sooner. From day 1, Daniel and his team have been SUPER personable, helpful, and most importantly, effective. I brought my 2023 taxes to them in early March, and it was a tall order. Personal taxes with a few anomalies, business taxes that required book keeping, and some areas to clean up from the not-so-great job my previous accountant had done in 2022 – but the team consistently delivered.

I could tell from the jump that they worked efficiently. They were easy to communicate with (would email, call, or meet in-person). I appreciated their work so much that I quickly recommended my Mom and sister-in-law – and they continued to deliver for them as well.

Since then, they have helped me pull together financial documents to secure an SBA loan for my business, and have remained responsive, always within a timely manner.

In a time where customer service barely exists, Malkin & Daigle shines with stellar communication and intelligence. Whether your taxes are extremely complex or simple/straight forward, I would HIGHLY recommend speaking with Daniel and his team.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Laura. I was dreading filing this year, and I reached out to Malkin & Daigle just a week prior to the filing deadline. Not only did they schedule me promptly for a consult, but Laura filed my returns prior to the deadline and got far better results than anyone I've used in the past. I never went to their office due to COVID, which speaks to their tremendous organization, responsiveness and accessibility. Their online client portal is secure and easy to use. I will definitely be sticking with Laura - my lifesaver!
