Great place to live, but the tax collectors don't seem to work... at 2PM on a Monday... since they don't pick up their phones... ever...

Very rude! I called to ask about evening hours so I can pay my taxes to this town and was told very rudely “we are open Thursdays until 6 —those are our evening hours”! How about changing one of your mornings to an evening or is that unheard of -
I am lucky to get back Granby by 6 from work! Some of us do work so we can pay the taxes in this town!

I have contacted the tax office via the email addresses provided on their website a few times regarding what information I would need to transfer from Granby to Simsbury, and have not received a response yet. Not even a confirmation that my email was received.
