They provided an excellent training for learning the Elements of Mediation. So effective, in fact, that I have signed up for their Advanced Mediation Seminar Series. Great information and training exercises that have already helped in my work.

I called to make an appointment for one of the services they specifically say on their site they offer but, apparently, in fact, do not. We were trying to clarify and resolve family issues that had gotten out of hand and seemed to be escalating and had gone on for some time. Creative Mediation seemed a good place to go....again, according to their site. I was, however, told they did not provide such services and that we needed an attorney because there were legal issues involved....which there are not because we had looked into that some years ago....when we learned there were no legal issues unless we decided to make the decision that was the route we wanted to go. We did not. But apparently the receptionists (?) I talked with felt they had the knowledge to decide for us....I would strongly recommend finding help elsewhere or at least be forewarned that their site is not true representation of their services.
