DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! Terrible study resource and my daughter said it was not helpful at all! Be careful giving your credit card or financial account. After I cancelled my subscription, they continue to charge me for several months and would not refund the full amount. The representative made a decision that she will only approve few months of what the company owe me back. This is robbery. They stopped replying back to me when I demanded full amount that they charge me after I cancelled. I got another month I was able to cancel from my bank when I disputed it. I am planning to report this to Bureau of Consumer Protection to stop their unfair, deceptive and fraudulent business practices.

Absolute disaster company, last year I paid for four month and was forced to cancel because they can’t reset password for my child to join classes.
Remembering past problems i open different account under different email for my second child, he is doing math and science from different website, but I thought we can get few classes in language arts, computer science and history, I obtain family membership, whole year subscription, only to find out that they link my new account to old account and my kid is asked to pay for classes, I send about 10 emails, phone calls, even gave them solution what to do, demote or deaconess my old account completely, but every time I send request, new operators gets involved and I has absolutely no idea what they are need to do, how education site be so dumb solving their own issues, it’s simple logic.
I sent request in canceling my account and reimburse my annual subscription in full, I am contemplating to request money from last year as well, as we never used any classes,
my kid refused to do work because his progress was not recorded and he couldn’t take quiz to assess his knowledge of subject.

Would not recommend taking any courses through their company. The content is outdated. They use AI detectors which makes trying to submit essays or other writing tasks an absolute nightmare. You have to word your assignments a specific way or else you'll be accused of cheating and subsequently given a zero. Whoever is doing the grading for this company is obviously disregarding the AI detector developer's warning not to use the software to punish students as it can throw false positives. This is the same kind of AI detection software which said the bible was AI generated content. Thankfully I had no problems getting a refund like other reviewers. Stay away from them.

Terribly run company. Can’t believe Adrian Ridner and whoever else is involved in this company is at all legit. Zero customer service, zero help on-line, no tutoring help as advertised, and lots of software bugs. Too bad. Platform could be good. Look elsewhere for your education.

While I appreciate earning credits by testing out of classes, their customer service is non-existent. There is no way to actually speak to a customer service representative when you need help. My account was hacked, and they refused to call me to discuss, even after leaving numerous messages and requests. They have no safety measures or two-step factors in place to prevent people from hacking into your account. It was finally resolved but over email. I had to close my bank account, and change all my billing payments. The fact they NEVER bothered to call me back is absolutely infuriating, unprofessional, and atrocious customer service.
