Impossible to get help!!! Chat did not work. Finally found a phone number but that was a dead end as well. They just referred me to online or the chat which I had already tried and was useless. People loud and laughing in the background- hardly a professional Finance Company! UPDATE after Bill.com's reply: Why would I waste MORE time after 12' on useless chat, 15' w very unprofessional call center? Not whom I choose to trust our Corporation's Finances or Payables to.

Any other Merchant
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company. Any other Merchant is superior. Their customer service is extremely uncoordinated. They suspended and reactivated our account on three different occasions within 30 days, and then they gave us no reason why they suspended it in the first place. QuickBooks offers everything and more for a cheap price. Plus, QuickBooks processing fees are cheaper.

Trust me, stay away.

Wasted 3 hrs to deactivate my account ( no idea why it was activated at the first place ) and in the end still was charged $55. Now have to waste more time with INCOMPETENT employees from BILL to remove that charge and turn OFF their service ( no idea even what the charge is for ... ). They will waste your time and try to put you on autopay and keep charging you small amounts.
Good luck finding their phone number using the web site. FYI: The call center is located in India, so they cannot modify your account.

Follow up: they fixed this problem pretty quick, guess actions were taken since last time. If not - they improved a lot and this is all that matters.

Yes Awful company and useless!! I have indicated to 6 different people sent 12 emails that I want an explanation as to why our account was opened without any issues, and then suddenly closed. I have been told that it was because of an "internal review" but nothing more.This is financial stereotypical discrimination at its highest level the FDIC needs to investigate this company for these tactics and I hope the US government sees this review an launches an investigation immediately something smells fishy with this company !

Bill is a fantastic product to pay bills and invoice customers and process ACH payments when you don’t want to get charged a % fee to accept ACH through QuickBooks online.

It should be known though that their customer support is beyond useless and will waste a LOT of your time asking you to take screenshots and redefine your problem multiple times. It’s all low cost off-shore support and it’s so bad I wish I knew that before we made an investment into Bill and switched systems.

I’m posting my review here as I don’t know how else to get their attention. I don’t think anyone reads the surveys and anytime you get to Tier 2 or 3 they have no direct contact info and instead you got to play the game wasting an hour or more to get a call back from someone who can help you.

Awful company!! I have indicated to 3 different people that I want an explanation as to why our account was opened without any issues, and then suddenly closed. I have been told that it was because of an "internal review" but nothing more. Nobody even bothered to call us and tell us. We found out when our cards suddenly no longer worked. Very unprofessional. They should have called us and alerted us. Their handling of things was grossly incompetent and inconsiderate. I have been told that I would receive an email with an explanation as to why our account was closed with no warning. I have yet to receive that. Nobody at this company cares enough or has the courage to pick up the phone and call and explain the reason. What a pathetic example of a business these guys are. Do yourself a huge favor and run away from this company!!

UPDATE 2/21/2024: So I called the number they listed in their response and it's a generic greeting that goes straight to voicemail. Would I expect anything else from these jokers? NO. I left a message. I doubt anybody will ever call back, but if they do I will update this review again.
