My Dad rented a seated head rest for my Mom from this company and when he went back to return it, the gentleman accepting the return insisted that the face down device came with a two way mirror. This was not the case as I was with my Dad when we opened the package. Before my Mom got out of the hospital I bought my Mom a face down massage headrest that fits under the mattress and a two way mirror so she could see the TV etc,. the man at the store bullied my Dad into giving him the two way mirror that I bought for my Mom. He made a difficult situation so much worse. Be careful to go look at what you’re renting in front of the people renting to you. BEWARE!!!!

We rented their package for my parents' 2nd retinal surgery. Dr. gave us 3 brochures, and we picked them due to its local store, which is faster and easier. Their product is super light and in much newer condition compared with the delivery order(non local) during 1st retinal surgery. We extended the 2nd week via a phone call. We returned the face down system/package to the store. Thanks for a nice experience.
