Sheila and the Connecticut Bail Bonds Group went above and beyond to help my fiancée and I when he unexpectedly got arrested. His bail was set (literally) unconstitutional high and we couldn't afford it, but almost 3 months later when he had a bail reduction hearing, I called Sheila and she remembered who we were; asked how things were going. Sheila genuinely seemed interested in his case and our well-being.
She was able to work with us, and his lawyer, to get him out and answered her phone at any time of day and night to make it happen. Sheila was able to show up to his last minute court date and get him released! She had his conditions of release appointments made before his hearing so everything moved quickly. After he was finally bailed out, she patiently broke everything down and explained the process to make sure we completely understood what was going to happen now, and what was expected of us in the future.
