After fighting with my insurance to pay out a damage claim for a year and going through two different contractors who had enough of the headache as well, I contacted Servpro and decided to give them a shot. Not only were they an absolute pleasure to work with, but they were knowledgeable, punctual, and made sure that customer satisfaction was number one. Servpro provided everything my insurance asked for and jumped through all the hoops to provide the accurate information needed for them to pay out the damages. Huge shout out to Baylen Vymola for being an amazing contractor who worked with my schedule and made sure the damages were repaired and back to pristine condition. Baylen and his team genuinely turned a nightmare scenario into the easiest house project I’ve ever experienced. Five stars, 10/10, would 100% use again.

TLDR: I highly recommend Servpro for anyone sick of dealing with scummy insurances and/or contractors. Best decision ever

I used ServPro New London for water remediation after a flood. The team was at my home within a hour of my call. Everything was explained to me in detail. Everyone was polite, professional and respectful of my home. I had multiple visits and calls over the course of 5 or so weeks and every interaction was the same. Part of my home required demolition and when it was complete, they were so thorough one of the men was cleaning up the floor and my stairs on his hands and knees. Not a speck of dust or debris was left behind. They handled the insurance aspect completely. Everyone at this company went above and beyond and I am so appreciative of them. Highly recommend.

I am amazed that Servpro accepted the challenge!
We own Race Rock Lighthouse and it is so difficult to land there, let along unload your equipment (there is no electricity)!

Servpro's John O'Sullivan accepted the challenge and spent six hours out at the lighthouse last week. He and his aid did a fantastic job under less than ideal conditions.
