I’ve picked up items twice at the Torrington location. Each time I’ve had well over 15 items. This auction house is far and above every other I’ve visited within a 2 hour radius. They’re the only house that packages your goods for you, organizes everything into boxes or carts, has everything waiting for you when you walk in and they make the process about 30 seconds long. I’m a big fan.

Daneen is not only friendly and hardworking but gives back to the community. She keep her busy shop running smoothly with a lot of nice merchandise going in and out all the time. She can also host an estate sale for you! Prices are all extremely reasonable so I never feel like there is something I own’t let myself walk out the door with. Love it there.

Two Shady deals from this woman. One you can call a mistake but two? She sold me a black leather couch set that came from a ‘million dollar home’. I couldn’t tell when I bought it but it reeks like mildew. I’ve been waiting for it to air out but it’s imbedded and she refuses to acknowledge she sold me trash.

The second deal was for a bedroom set. We actually bought two, however only one was delivered. She claims the estate owner sold it. To be fair she refunded the money but only after trying to lowball what we paid.

Be very careful with this person.
